Full-Time Job Coach
Leduc, AB | Monday–Friday, 7 hrs/day

Leduc LINX Connect Centre is a non-profit supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. We’re looking for a Job Coach to help clients succeed in meaningful employment and community involvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Support clients in learning and maintaining workplace skills
• Transport clients to and from work and activities
• Assist with resumes, job searches, and workplace integration
• Build relationships with employers and advocate for inclusive hiring
• Keep accurate daily notes and reports

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma (Human Services education/experience an asset)
• First Aid with CPR/AED (or willing to obtain)
• Valid Class 5 license, reliable vehicle with $2M liability insurance, and clean driver’s abstract
• Strong documentation, computer, and communication skills
• Clear criminal and intervention record checks
