Accounting Assistant - Nisku
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the accountant with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Maintain and update accounting files and documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
- Support the preparation of financial reports
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (previous hotel experience or bookkeeping is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Experience with accounting software is a plus but not required
