Accounting Assistant - Nisku

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the accountant with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
  • Maintain and update accounting files and documentation
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
  • Support the preparation of financial reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (previous hotel experience or bookkeeping is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus but not required
