WHAT: Join us as we learn some basic and the necessary tools and mindsets for strategic thinking as it relates to business strategy, the strategic planning process, strategic management for small business. This 1 hour session includes participatory exercises and a question period. Everyone is welcome but this session is targeted to those who have been in business for less than 5 years as part of the StartUp Leduc Wetaskiwin Regions Initiative.  Facilitator: Maiden R. Manzanal-Frank with Global Stakes Consulting
