Description

JOIN US for a session on building a foundational understanding of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), how it impacts employers and employees within the organization, and help create a business case for organizations to embark or continue on in their EDI journey. This session will touch upon key definitions, highlight the benefits of various EDI strategies, and provide a high-level understanding of unconscious biases in our every day lives that impact decision making as employers.
