JOIN US to learn strategies to attract, hire and retain newcomers to Canada with expert, Laurie Hauer, Sr. Manager, Employment & Training Programs, Edmonton Mennonite Centre For Newcomers. 

You have probably heard that immigrants are an underutilized resource that is important to tap into. But how do you do that effectively? How do you maintain this connection productively once it has been made? Due to differences in culture, language, prior experiences, etc., this potential partnership can be difficult. However, there are some easy actions you can take right away to more successfully recruit and retain immigrant talent in your workplace. We are here to help you benefit from our 40 years of experience and turn this challenge into an opportunity.
